Rick Cappelletty
Bio: Rick Cappelletty is a native of Toledo, Ohio. He was fourteen when he stated work for his dad, Robert "Bob" Cappelletty at Cappelletty Asphalt. Through his abilities he became head of the paving and drainage departments, eventually becoming a partner in the company. The company was eventually sold and he even kept working various jobs until starting up a new company with his son in 2012.

Matthew Cappelletty
Bio: Matthew Cappelletty is the son or Rick Cappelletty, and has worked construction summer jobs since ten years old alongside his dad. Graduated from Penta Career Center for Welding and Fabrication in 2006. Graduated from Owens Community College in 2010 with an associates degree in Business Management Technology. Worked his way through college with various construction companies until starting a new company with his father in 2012.
